David Thomas was formerly a partner at one of Canada's oldest and largest law firms, Bull Housser & Tupper. As a member of the firm’s Pacific Rim Corporate Group, David worked closely with the firm’s international offices, advising Canadian and international companies on a broad range of corporate / commercial transactions. David’s work has taken him literally around the globe many times, conducting business in over 20 countries.

In 1994, David Thomas started his own law firm to work with a smaller, select group of clients. He has extensive experience in South Korea and is the current President of the Canada-Korea Business Association.

David Thomas is ideally suited to assist international clients with their business start-ups or acquisitions in Canada, while at the same time, advising clients how to best achieve their business goals in harmony with their immigration and tax objectives. David Thomas is a graduate of both Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto and the American College of Switzerland. He has been a Member of the Law Society of British Columbia since 1989.
